For local and regional work in Georgia and the Southeast, usually within a few business days. For out-of-state projects we schedule around crew availability and travel. Tell us your deadline and we will be straight with you about whether we can hit it.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. Outside those hours, call the main number and leave a message describing the issue. Urgent failures affecting security or business operations are triaged first. Clients on service agreements have defined response commitments.

Yes. Our roots are in low voltage services for homes and businesses alike, and we still do residential network cabling, cameras, access and AV, particularly on remodels and new builds.

Anything you have: floor plans or drawings, square footage, number of doors or cameras you are imagining, your timeline, and whether the building is occupied. None of it is required to start the conversation, but all of it speeds up the number.
